Important delivery and ordering information to know when you order from Simple Screens.
Order processing times
Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe, or with PayPal. We do not store your full card details. Once your payment has cleared, orders are usually fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery times
Please allow 5 to 7 days, because screens are cut to order. Delivery is free on orders of $60 or more and a flat $22 under that, and express delivery is available at checkout for the same $22 even on an order that already qualifies for free delivery. For the detail, see our Shipping page.

I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day. Support Team: theteam@customersupport.care
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Do you have a shop location?
We are a "online supplier", with no physical shop or premises. In this way, we are able to pass our considerable savings directly to you.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
What are your delivery options and how long will it take?
Canada: 5 to 7 days. Delivery is free on orders over $60, otherwise it is $22 flat. Other countries: 7 to 10 days. Express delivery is available at checkout for $22, including on orders that already qualify for free delivery.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All of our prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently only accept credit and debit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future.
